We produce homes and structures in a controlled factory setting and then transport them to your site for quick and efficient assembly. All of the construction units manufactured by Norge House are in line with modern, quality and throughout the time tested Scandinavian and European standards, which by default are used to build timber frame buildings around the world.   • The base price includes the full modular structure, exterior finishing, windows/doors, insulation, and basic electrical and plumbing preparations. Turnkey options are also available upon request.

  • We typically recommend simple concrete pad foundations or screw pile systems, depending on ground conditions. We can advise you and work together with local contractors if needed.

     

  • Yes, all our buildings are constructed to Scandinavian standards, using high-quality insulation and materials that ensure energy efficiency and long-term durability.

     

  • Yes, we provide full installation services or can work alongside your chosen local contractor. Our team supports you throughout the process — from planning to final handover.

     

  • It depends on the type and location of the building. Full residential homes usually require planning permission. Garden buildings or saunas sometimes do not — but we always recommend checking with your local authority.
